We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping up to 70lbs. For items greater than 70lbs, FedEx is the preferred carrier.

How Much Time Do I Have To Request A Refund?

You have up to 30 days to inspect your item and request a refund. Once the return transaction has been initiated, you will be emailed a pre-paid postage label for you to print out and place on the package of the item you are returning.   Once the item has been receive, your funds will be release back to your account. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear within your bank account
